God’s love and grace for ALL people fuels my passion for helping couples and individuals through their toughest times.
The common therapeutic styles I use are cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, mindfulness, and emotionally focused therapy. In connection with my counseling, I also use my personal experience with dysfunctional families, divorce, and depression/anxiety to help individuals and couples discover how their past influences their present, and how to develop the courage to change. Healing is a process and not an event. It is a journey and not simply a destination. There is a process to how you became who you are and there is a process to how you can become healthy in all ways – Mentally – Emotionally – Physically – Spiritually. My goal is to be an agent of that change as I seek to be down to earth, real, and accepting of where you are to encourage you in becoming who you want to be.
